Lowrider and BigBoy seats

Lowrider - For Riders under 5'11, 190 lbs or less.

BigBoy - For Riders 5'11" or taller, more than 190 lbs.

Raincover Information

VTX 1800 Neo Lowrider

If you are 190 lbs or less, the Ultimate Lowrider seat will sit you the same position to the handle bars as your stock seat and a little lower. If you are heavier than 200 lbs the Lowrider will sit you more forward than your stock seat depending on your butt size.
If this position is not what you're looking for you need our Bigboy seat

The Ultimate Lowrider seat is 17" wide.

The Ultimate passenger seat has been designed with the same Ultimate goals, 14" wide with a steeper nose angle to help prevent the passenger from sliding forward into the rider. The same high quality comfort memory foam is in this seat and it has been molded to give your very important passenger the Ultimate support. (put them in comfort heaven).

The Ultimate removable rider backrest
- Pad measures 7" high by 10" wide by 1.5" thick and is built using the same memory foam as our seats.
- Infinite tilt to match your back angle.
- Folds down forward for easy on and off your motorcycle.
- Adjustment forward and back is more than 2 inches.
- Adjusts with a thumb screw while your riding.
- No need to remove the seat or use a wrench.
- The backrest mounting hardware is built into every seat so you can add the rider backrest at any time.
- Available with detachable storage pouch, 9" x 6". MUST BE ORDERED TOGETHER WITH RIDER BACKREST.

The Ultimate passenger backrest pad measures 12" wide x 8" high and sits your passenger 10 degrees straighter than the stock pad, this helps eliminate back fatigue on those long rides. The pad comes with stainless steel screws and fits on your sissy bar. When ordering online please add your sissy bar measurements to your cart.

All VTX Seats are available with the Blinker Buddy device already installed! When you turn on your turn signal the Blinker Buddy is activated and buzzes your seat, you feel the buzz pulsate with each blink of your signal until you cancel your signal.

Please Note: Corbin Beetle Bags require a special rider seat. You need to order the Ultimate Beetle Bag Seat. The regular seat will not fit with Beetle Bags. This is a Custom order and adds $25 to the price of the rider seat. Please call 800 818 6868 to order.

VTX 1800 Neo Bigboy

The Ultimate BigBoy Rider Seat is a full 18" wide and will sit 1" higher and 1" further back from the handlebars depending on your butt size and weight.

The Ultimate passenger seat has been designed with the same Ultimate goals, 14" wide with a steeper nose angle to help prevent the passenger from sliding forward into the rider. The same high quality comfort memory foam is in this seat and it has been molded to give your very important passenger the Ultimate support. (put them in comfort heaven). A special passenger seat is needed if you have a Cobra or Mapam Sissy bar installed.

Water resistant but not waterproof

Most motorcycle seats are built with a sheet of plastic between the seat cover and the foam, this is to prevent the water from going through the cover stitching into the foam.
However, the sheet of plastic tends to holds all the heat in the seat cover so we do not use this method.
Our seats will disperse the seat cover heat through the foam and your butt will have a cooler ride.
The trade off for this is our Ultimate seats are not completely waterproof.
A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
A rain cover should be used to prevent water from seeping through the stitches into the comfort foam.

We recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

Our covers will also protect your seats from the suns damaging rays.

Leather Versus Vinyl

We have discontinued our leather seat production, a leather option is no longer available
In my opinion, there are no advantages with a leather seat on a motorcycle.
Most people cannot visually tell the difference between our premium Vinyl and Leather unless they are side by side and then it needs to be pointed out which is which. Neither Leather nor Vinyl breathes except through the stitching. Neither seats, Vinyl or Leather are waterproof. A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
Durability is similar but our premium Vinyl will hold its shape and new look longer than Leather.
I recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

I believe our premium Vinyl seat is the best overall value.
